| The CFBS will do its best to comply with the above choices
on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. Applications can
be accepted only if accompanied by the full fee. Please make
all cheques payable to Canadian Federation of Biological
Societies. A copy of this contract and an official receipt
will be sent to the contact name on the form.
We will create a link to your web site and put your company
name on our web as the 52nd CFBS Scientific Conference Exhibitors
once the form and payment are received. Please email wantonious@cfbs.org
your company logo (JPEG) 300 DPI resolution), a short paragraph
about your company or product information to be included, free
of charge, in the Program & Proceedings book and the web
(Exhibitors list page). Please provide the names of the company
representative(s) who will be manning the booth.
CFBS is providing an opportunity to the Exhibitors, for a fee
of $275.00 + GST ($285.00 US), to include maximum of two page
back to back company information in the Meeting folder
that will be distuributed to all registrants, speakers and exhibitors.
