Registration
Advanced registration deadline without abstract has been extended
to Friday, April 6, 2007. Registrations
received after this date will be charged the full rate - regardless
of the postmark date. Only members who have paid their
membership fees before registering will be eligible for the member
discounted registration fees. Members who have not paid their membership
fees will be charged the non member rate.
Refunds: A refund of 50% will be given up to four
(4) weeks prior to the meeting for pre-registrants without abstracts.
Advance registration with abstracts are non-refundable.
To encourage attendance at both
the Nanoforum
(June 19 & 20) & Nanomedicine (June 20 & 21) Conferences
held at University of Waterloo, registrant attending both conferences
can submit a claim after the conference, showing proof of registration
at both conferences for a $75.00 reimbursement. Reimbursement form
will be provided after the conference.
