Any delegates staying in residence will obtain a parking pass from the Conference
Centre Front Desk. Any delegates not staying in residence will have to pay
$3.00 at the "pay and display" machine located in "S" lot. All delegates
can park in either "S" lot or "V" lot. Please refer to the University of
Waterloo Campus Map on this page.

Airways Transit provides shared ride door to door service between Kitchener-Waterloo
and the Toronto (Pearson) and Hamilton (Munroe) airports.

No shows are charged at full fare and cancellations made less than 12
hours prior to flight arrival or less than 12 hours prior to pick-up time
will be charged at full fare.

- Cut off date: May 8, 2007, after which you will no
longer be guaranteed a room or the rate.
- A third person sharing is an additional $15.00 per night.
- Children under 16 years and under sharing their parents' accommodation
are complimentary.
- Individuals bookings are to be guaranteed by forwarding a prepayment
(no personal cheques) in advance or with a major credit card.
- Check in time: 3:00 pm, Check out: 12:00 pm. Cancellations will be
accepted prior to 6 pm local hotel time, on the day of arrival. If the
reservation is no longer required, and is not cancelled prior to this
time, the reservation will be released and subsequent room and tax charges
will be billed to the credit card on file.

Room Rates:
Dormitory Style Residence: air conditioned with single
bedrooms and semi private washrooms: $35.00 + tax per person/night
Apartment Style Residence: air conditioned with four
single bedrooms, a kitchen, a living room and two three-piece washrooms:
$40.00 + tax per person/night. Individual rooms within the apartments
cannot be booked, as apartments are booked as a whole and the price for
the entire apartment is $120.00/night (plus 11% tax).
