Registrants:Oral & Poster Preparation Instructions (en français)July 7, 06
Graduate Student Oral Presentation
Poster PresentationAbstracts scheduled for presentation in poster sessions will be grouped by topic, numbered and listed by session in the Program and Proceedings book. Posters will be on display for one complete day. Authors will be advised by email of their abstract number and time for presentation. Authors must be present at their posters during this time.
All displays are to be mounted on the assigned board during the set-up time and removed promptly at the conclusion of the day. Each mount is 8 ft wide by 4ft high. At the top of each poster space, prepare a label indicating the program number of your abstract, the title and authors, and the institution. The lettering of this section should be one (1) inch high. Please include a copy of the Abstract with the poster, to allow your colleagues to view it in your absence. All illustrations should be made prior to your session. Your posters will be read from approximately three (3) feet away so charts, diagrams, and illustrations should be large enough, and drawn heavily enough to be seen from this distance. Do not mount your work on heavy boards as it may be difficult to attach them to the poster board. You may find it useful to have a sketch pad on hand as well as pencils. Please do not write on or paint or otherwise mark the poster boards. Any special assistance required will be provided by the poster session monitors. *** 6 Male velcrow tabs will be provided
per poster,
