Hotels blocked are within walking distance of the Ottawa Congress Centre. All hotel reservations for the Lord Elgin and the Novotel Hotels must be made online or through Hudson Travel Group as they are managing the room blocks .

For those that do not have internet access they can call or e-mail Hudson Travel Group to arrange for their accommodations.
