The CFBS will do its best to comply with the above choices on a FIRST COME FIRST SERVED basis. Applications can be accepted only if accompanied by the full fee. Please make all cheques payable to Canadian Federation of Biological Societies. A copy of this contract and an official receipt will be sent to the contact name on the form.

We will create a link to your web site and put your company name on our web as the 49th CFBS Annual Meeting Exhibitors once the form and payment are received.

CFBS is providing an opportunity to the Exhibitors, for a fee of $267.50 ($230.00 US), to include maximum of two page back to back company information in the Meeting folder that will be distuributed to all registrants, speakers and exhibitors. Please include FULL PAYMENT and return to, the CFBS Office, Ms. Wafaa Antonious, Email: wantonious@cfbs.org . Please email to wantonious@cfbs.org your company logo (JPEG >300 DPI resolution) to be included, free of charge, in the Program & Proceedings book.
